Monster Travel and the infamous “sell my timeshare” products, are under the dissenting eyes of the UK judiciary and within the last 2 day over £150,000.00 has been won by TESS and Athena Law, as the Monster scandal is slowly, but surely being exposed. Money is pouring out of some banks and back to consumers, who were duped by Hollywood Marketing SLU, a company owned by Mr, Mark Rowe. [Rowe]
Many will recall that the Timeshare Consumer Association TCA sledged the activities of both Athena and TESS and proclaimed both were being investigated when such was an untruth. The simple fact is that both TESS and Athena had investigated the owner of the Timeshare Consumer Association TCA, Rowe, and deduced that he had been mis-selling his holiday products to thousands of Timeshare consumers and taking millions of £ in exchange. However as with all allegations, “the proof is in the pudding” and that proof is confirmed by banks who are delivering compensation for the misselling Rowe companies have perpetrated. Some Banks who supported Monster Travel are delivering their verdicts that the claims both TESS and Athena are making, on behalf of consumers as the claims are un-defendable.
Now the Banks with gnashing teeth, want compensation from Monster Travel and are or will be in hot pursuit, to recover corresponding damages from Rowes Monster Travel.
In the meantime, all hope of resurrecting the operations of the two crashed sales divisions of Rowe, appeared to have floundered, as the multi-million pound Ponzi scheme has been exposed. In total TESS and Athena are seeking over £10 million in damages and from a variety of Banks who did support the Rowe enterprises.
Now Rowe has set up ABC Lawyers Ltd who [in reality] are not lawyers, but a shelf company which Mr Rowe have only invested a single £1.00 in. With no law degree, no approval by any legal institution and thrown out of the Institute of Paralegals IoP, ABC Lawyers continues to parade itself as being the great and the good, but is the costly and the crass and has been born out of the ashes of the defunct and corrupt mis-selling scam of monumental proportion.
Once upon a time, timeshare was a criminal industry and received many admonishments from many places. The industry explained that all the badness has gone and it’s safe to get in the timeshare water, however that is not true. In the film “Jaws” there was only one circling “shark” however in timeshare there is an abundance of “sharks” all encircled by other mean predators, all of which are hell-bent on taking a bite out of the pockets of timeshare consumer.
The difficulty for consumers is who are “the sharks”, “the sharks like predators” and the helpers, who try and hunt down the sharks and predictors. When considering the timeshare mucky puddle, all consumers can see is “Choppy Water” and a “thrashing” as the sharks and their predators attack each other’s and the real helpers to assist you.
The fact is it’s not safe to get in the water and never has been, but to get to the freedom many timeshare owners seek many have no choice.
Some dip their toe in and it can get bitten, another wade in and their bank accounts are raided, leaving them in a worse state than before.
The telltales signs are if someone advertises they are a lawyer “are they regulated” or “licenced”. If they do not get the hell out and fast, as you could be in the clutches of the sharks and predators.
In respect to ABC Lawyers, they are just, ex-timeshare salesmen, selling you a legal dream which will build into another headache.
To provide some guidance the Timeshare Consumers Association recommends ABC lawyers Ltd however, that organisation is now owned by the same man who owns ABC lawyers Ltd.
In some cases, firms of solicitors are sharks as well, even though many of us believe that all solicitors are the good and great, many are not, in fact, 1.000’s are struck off each year and for breaching the Code they assert they believe in.
In some cases, the Solicitors hire a marketing team which is governed over by an ex-timeshare salesman, again selling consumers a dream, which will not and cannot be fulfilled.
Just consider some solicitors are corrupt and are waiting in the wings to be struct off like 1,000’s of their fold.
